Thank you for shopping with Volusty! We know that every plus-size piece carries your expectations of comfort and style, so we do our best to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery process.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
- Orders are handled in the order they are received. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Note: Some plus-size styles require extra care in packing. In such cases, processing may take up to 3 business days – this will be clearly noted on the product page.

3. Total Delivery Time
- Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- Shipping times are based on standard services of local carriers (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail).
- All estimated delivery times are approximate and for reference only. Actual delivery may be affected by weather, holidays, customs clearance, or carrier issues.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link.
4. International Shipping
- Volusty ships to most countries worldwide (some restrictions may apply – check at checkout).
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees – these are the responsibility of the customer.
- If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees, we will refund the order total minus round-trip shipping costs.
5. Order Tracking
- After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track it in your Volusty account under “My Orders”.
- If tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us at service@volusty.com with your order number.
6. Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address (including street number, postal code, and phone number) at checkout. Volusty is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
7. Delivery Delays
- During peak sales seasons (e.g., Black Friday, 11.11), processing and shipping may be delayed by 2–4 business days. We will notify you via email/SMS when possible.
- Delays may also occur due to severe weather, strikes, carrier system failures, or other unforeseen events.
8. Damaged or Lost Items
- If your package arrives with visible damage, or if the item inside is stained, torn, or misshapen, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please keep:
- The original packaging
- Photos of the damage (both overall and closeup)
- A photo of the shipping label
- After verification, we will offer free replacement or full refund (including original shipping fees).
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven't received the package, check with neighbors/your local delivery office first. If still not found, contact us within 5 business days.
9. Return & Exchange Policy

Try-on guarantee: You may return items within 30 days of delivery (non-quality returns require original tags & packaging, and the item must not be worn, washed, or altered).
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer (unless the return is due to a quality issue – Volusty will cover it).

10. What Happens If I Refuse a Delivery?
- If you refuse delivery because the item arrived damaged or defective, please take photos and contact customer service first at service@volusty.com.
