5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and in your Volusty account under “My Orders”. If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package, label, and item. We will offer a free replacement or full refund after verification.
