1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

      • It is in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors or signs of wear

      • All original tags are still attached

      • The return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

2. How to Return

Please do not ship the item back to the address printed on the package. Follow these simple steps:

      1. Email our customer care team at service@volusty.com to request a return authorization

      2. Include your order number and a brief description of the item(s) you’d like to return

      3. Once approved, securely package the item and include a copy of your order confirmation

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

4. Refunds

After we receive and carefully inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Simply return the original item following the process above, then place a new order for the piece you prefer. This helps us get the right item to you as quickly as possible.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@volusty.com and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it promptly and guide you through the next steps.

7. Gift Card Purchases

Orders paid with a Volusty Gift Card are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
